According to CGTN Business, China Agricultural University is researching ways to reduce the greenhouse gas footprint of dairy production, including changes to cows' diet and feeding and monitoring practices. The university has collaborated with US company Cargill for more than five years to convert findings into practical solutions for commercial dairy farms, and the collaboration now extends beyond China as Cargill applies some of these lessons in its global network.
