According to 36Kr, Longsys deputy general manager Zhu Yu completed a share reduction plan, selling 598,400 shares via centralized bidding from September 22 to September 29, 2026 at an average price of 339.63 yuan per share, reducing holdings to 1,795,100 shares (0.4178% of total). The move does not change control or governance.
According to 36Kr, Longsys and its subsidiary Guangdong Xincheng Hanqi will sign a cooperation agreement with the Dongguan Songshan Lake High‑Tech Zone Management Committee to invest in the third phase of a wafer‑level advanced packaging and testing manufacturing project, with a total investment of about 4.5 billion yuan, of which 4.0 billion yuan is fixed‑asset investment. The project will be built on existing industrial land and is financed with the company’s own and self‑raised funds, without new fundraising.
According to 36Kr, Longsys announced that from September 8 to September 18, 2026 it repurchased 2.2906 million A-shares via a dedicated securities account and centralized bidding, representing 0.53% of its total A-share share capital, at a maximum price of 365.38 yuan and a minimum price of 328.04 yuan, for a total of 800 million yuan including fees; the buyback plan has been completed as of September 18.
