Chapter One producers complete management buyout from Anonymous Content.

According to Deadline, producer Patrick Spence has completed a management buyout of AC Chapter One from Anonymous Content, Casarotto Ramsay, and United Agents. The company will be rebranded as Chapter One and has secured an investment from former Fifth Season co-CEO Chris Rice.
