According to 36Kr, Xinhua Winshare announced its plan to acquire 100% equity of Sichuan Ethnic Publishing House Co., Ltd., held by controlling shareholder Sichuan Xinhua Publishing and Distribution Group, for 346 million yuan. The transaction is expected to address potential competition issues and to enhance the company's ethnic publishing content layout and enrich its content supply system.
