Alibaba's chip subsidiary T-Head has unveiled the Zhenwu V900, described as China's most powerful AI chip, at the 2026 Apsara Conference. The high-performance chip boasts three times the performance of its predecessor and is designed to support both AI training and inference. Alongside the hardware launch, Alibaba announced plans to train a 10-trillion-parameter AI model and significantly expand its global data center capacity.
