According to BBC Sport, UEFA reports a two-speed transfer market driven by heavy Premier League spending. The Premier League clubs are said to have spent €4.6bn (£4bn) this summer, more than the next eight largest European countries combined, with English clubs involved in more than 60% of deals and an average inbound fee around €24m.
