Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship

According to BBC Sport, Scotland’s Sandy Scott won the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship in Columbus, Ohio by one stroke, earning promotion to the main PGA Tour for the first time and moving to second on the Korn Ferry Tour's standings. He finished 18-under 266, setting a 72-hole tournament record on the Scarlet Course at Ohio State University Golf Club, and became the seventh player and first European to qualify for the main tour in the 2027 season. Scott has overcome a career-threatening wrist injury and two surgeries, with his win following a runner-up finish at the Simmons Bank Open for the Snedeker Foundation.
