According to Huxiu, Bending Spoons announced plans to acquire remote collaboration platform Miro at an enterprise value of about $1.36 billion. After accounting for Miro's roughly $435 million in net cash, the implied equity value is about $1.79 billion, and Miro's 2022 C-round valuation had reached $17.5 billion, with a roughly 90% decline over four years.
