According to Travel Weekly Australia, Traveltek has announced that Cressida Sergeant, currently chief commercial officer, will become CEO effective 1 October 2026, succeeding Mal Barritt who steps down at the end of November after more than seven years leading the business. Barritt will remain in an advisory capacity until the end of November to support a smooth transition, and Traveltek was acquired by Juniper Travel Group in October 2024.
