According to FashionUnited UK, British department store group John Lewis is expanding in-store specialist services by adding Audley Travel hubs across 12 stores from November, along with Clarendon Fine Art galleries in three stores, Randox Health presence in seven stores, and Tish Lyon expanding to nine locations by year-end, as part of an 800 million pound brand transformation aimed at making stores experiential. The retailer has also invested in a new sports and wellness concept and allocated more than 50 million pounds for refurbishments, while reporting a 2.02 billion pound sales figure for the first 26 weeks and a 83 million pound adjusted operating loss in its department store division.
