According to iTnews, Australian MSP First Focus and US-based MSP Integris have completed their integration, unifying branding under the Integris name as of September 1, 2026. The deal maintains local customer relationships in ANZ while expanding AI, security, and innovation capabilities for about 1,000+ SMB customers, with Ross Sardi continuing as Managing Director (ANZ) and Chief Innovation Officer for the combined group.
