IHH Healthcare's unit appeals a court dismissal of its damages claim against Daiichi Sankyo.

According to CNA Business, IHH Healthcare's subsidiary in Malaysia appealed a Tokyo court's dismissal of its damages claim against Daiichi Sankyo over Fortis Healthcare stake acquisition. The court had on Sept. 10 dismissed NTK's claims and ruled IHH's unit must cover litigation costs; NTK had sought up to 109.3 billion Indian rupees (about $1.14 billion).
