Morgan, Jefferies, BofA Securities, and Citigroup as underwriters for a Nasdaq listing under the symbol IAM. The San Diego-based drug developer, founded in 2019 as Entos, is advancing IAM1363 in early-stage trials and has raised about $461.8 million since inception; AbbVie revealed a multi-year AI-driven discovery collaboration with Iambic.
