Gotion High Tech, usually known as Gotion, is a manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries headquartered in China. As of 2025, it had a 3.5% market share, making it the world's sixth-biggest battery manufacturer.

Gotion High-Tech agreed to build three overseas joint ventures with Volkswagen Group with a total investment of 3.22 billion euros.
According to 36Kr, Gotion High-Tech's wholly owned subsidiary GotionSpain plans to sign with PowerCo Spain (a Volkswagen Group company) an EPC contract for a 29.1 GWh per year lithium battery project, including a Phase I drying room contract and a Phase II EPC contract, with a total value of €1.094 billion. The transaction is a related-party transaction and requires approval at a shareholders' meeting.
