According to IT Home, at the 2026 World Manufacturing Conference Changxin Technology announced that its fifth-generation technology platform has entered mass production. The company stated key metrics including an active half-pitch of 11.95 nm, a storage capacitor depth-width ratio of 45:1, and a core energy-area height of 6762 nm, with wafer output per condition up by more than 50% versus the previous generation; a 24GB LPDDR5X product is now officially in mass production for domestic mainstream flagship phones.
