Cagliari

According to Marca, Rayo Vallecano will host Cagliari in the Trofeo de Vallecas on Saturday, October 3, at 14:00 local time at the Vallecas stadium, in a friendly that will be the first time Beñat San José's team plays there this season. The match marks the return of the Trofeo de Vallecas after seven years, with tickets ranging from 10 to 35 euros and open hours for the ticket offices in the days leading up to the game.

According to CNA Sport, hospital tests ruled out drug use by Daniel Maldini after a road accident in Milan on September 13, and his driving license was confiscated after he was found to be over the legal blood alcohol limit. He had scored the winning goal in Cagliari's 1-0 victory over Udinese, and his lawyer Danilo Buongiorno said the findings corroborate his client’s position that he has never used drugs, with drink-driving remaining as the charge.
