According to Variety, Betr has fired back at HBO after the network sent a cease-and-desist letter over a three-minute ad reuniting Entourage stars Jeremy Piven and Adrian Grenier. HBO threatened legal action if the commercial is not taken down, arguing that the spot infringes on its intellectual property.
