IHG Hotels & Resorts signs two hotels in New South Wales as part of expanded partnership with Urban Property Group

According to TTG Asia, IHG Hotels & Resorts has expanded its partnership with Urban Property Group with two new hotel signings in New South Wales, bringing the joint pipeline to three properties. The projects are Crowne Plaza Newcastle and Hotel Indigo Gosford, each part of Urban’s mixed-use developments, with openings planned for late 2029 and mid-2030 respectively. Crowne Plaza Newcastle will have 171 rooms and 550+ m² of meetings space, while Hotel Indigo Gosford will have 152 rooms and waterfront amenities in The Waterfront precinct.
