UBTECH and partners established Guangdong Maoyou Zhizao Robot Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. UBTECH has begun delivering UWorld U1 Lite, Pro, and Ultra companion humanoids to Chinese buyers after a June launch. The company formation is reported alongside UBTECH’s ongoing consumer robotics deployment in China.
