SK Corp

SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won has announced the sale of a 2.26 percent stake in SK Corp, valued at approximately 944 billion won. The transaction is scheduled to begin on November 2 to address funding needs following a court-ordered divorce settlement. Despite the sale, Chey will remain the holding firm's top shareholder.
