Nanexa and Novo Nordisk sign licensing agreement for PharmaShell technology
Nanexa has entered into a global exclusive licensing and collaboration agreement with Novo Nordisk to utilize its PharmaShell technology for long-acting peptide injectables. The deal is valued at up to €1.165 billion, covering development projects for obesity, type 2 diabetes, and other cardiometabolic conditions. Novo Nordisk will lead the global development and commercialization of the resulting products.
