Chenglingji Port Group

Hunan's Yueyang Chenglingji Port completed a decade-long environmental and smart upgrade, transforming from dusty, high-emission docks into a green, smart port. The project, part of the Yangtze River protection effort, involved closing down low-efficiency docks, building a fully enclosed bulk storage capsule, electrifying operations, and boosting throughput and revenue. By April 2026 the last production berth was completed, with total investment around 8 billion yuan and significant improvements in ecology, efficiency, and logistics.
