Aoke Co. plans to acquire control of Suzhou Qitian New Materials
According to 36Kr, Aoke Co. announced it is planning to acquire control of Suzhou Qitian New Materials Co. by issuing shares and paying cash, and to raise accompanying funds. Trading of Aoke's shares has been suspended since the market opened on September 21, and the company expects to disclose the transaction plan within no more than 10 trading days.
