According to CarExpert, Continental has launched the CrossContact A/T2 for the Australian market as a 50:50 all-terrain tyre, bridging previous mild-terrain and mud-terrain designs. The A/T2 offers 13 percent more off-road traction than the AX6, 10 percent greater longevity, and about 95 percent of the AX6’s fuel efficiency. It also features thicker off-shoulder sidewalls (33.3% more), 14.9% more tread depth on the outer edges, and a 6% increase in the centre, with most smaller sizes using LT construction.
